Balfe's Bikes Dulwich

Great staff, super friendly and professionals! I bought my first road bike with them, even though they were super busy I left super happy and glad I chose to buy with them.

Went in this morning as I fell off my bike. The person that helped me was really nice, straightened my handle bars and gave my bike a once over and was on my way. Great service and was surprised not to be charged! Will definitely go back for any proper maintenance I need in the future!

Balfes Dulwich have been amazing from start to finish. I used the cycle to work scheme to purchase my bike and they were really helpful in placing my order and regularly updating me on when my bike would be available. When collecting, I wanted to make some adjustments and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. Final thing to note - they allow you to test run the bikes which not all other bike stores offer. Would highly recommend giving Balfes Dulwich a visit and purchasing a bike from them!

Lovely place! I went in without an appointment as my front wheel was misaligned - I was swiftly seen to by a friendly member of staff and my problem was fixed super quickly, free of charge. A great place to have close by.

Great shop, great atmosphere and great staff. Staff were really helpful and very kind. I'm not the biggest bike expert but they helped me tremendously. They pumped my tires which I didn't even know needed to be pumped which made a real difference.

Overall, Fantastic shop and amazing staff.
