Rock and Road

I have just bought a Specialized Allez Sprint Comp from these guys today. Once again, truly faultless service. This is the third bike I've bought from them over the years and always made to feel welcome and comfortable.
Customer satisfaction always seems to be at the forefront of everything they do. I looked at another bike at a shop across town this week and was made to feel like an inconvenience, but no such problem at Rock and Road.
Will always highly recommend these guys to anyone who asks. Top service!!

My bike fit was carried out in a very friendly and professional manner, Damian knowledge and advice has now got my bike fitted to me rather than the other way round! Went out for a short 25km ride yesterday and although the bike felt odd at first as the centre of gravity is higher, I had no back pain and my speed was up on my normal average! Recommended!!

Popped into the shop and got a warm welcome from Chris. Discussed with him my type of cycling and the distances I ride. Chris then put together several options together and priced them up, which we then discussed.
Im now the proud owner of a greave bike which has exceeded my expectations.
The whole process from start to my 23ride has been a pleasure. Many thanks Chris and who ever set my bike up. Looking forward to many more than 23 rides

Incredibly helpful and kind, got a new inner tube for a pram and had it fitted quickly all for only £5!!

Very poor is polite.
Unable to repair Giant e bike after some 4,5 or even 6 weeks, I can't remember. I'm told the bike is too old, Really? If that's the case then stay away from Giant bicycles, its a 2015 model. No sophistication to their fault diagnosis, ie, order a new part from Holland and see if it works!
To top it off , I was charged £15.00 for a bike that I requested a repair and got it back in the the same state- oops , not in the same state, I now have wires hanging out that weren't there before. I will be taking this matter further- trust me.

Great store, good selection of products. Highly recommend.
