This is the best bike shop in London! These guy's are really professional, efficient and super friendly. I wouldn't take my bike any where else. They have helped me out with bike issues so many times and they always do a smashing job.

At Harbour Cycles I found the perfect bike for me. Brent asked clear questions about what I was looking for and suggested a refurbished Fairdale Weekender that suited my needs exactly. It was a bit over my budget, but in amazing condition, barely ridden and fixed up by Brent who clearly knows what he's doing. After a test spin I took a coffee break to do a bit of research on the model and think about going over my budget. In the end I decided to go with it. The bike was a great price and a good deal from every angle I looked at it. Brent even threw in mudguards for my ride home in the rain, and a banana. I feel really great about the bike, the service and the expertise I received, and I look forward to going back in 6 weeks for Brent to check up on things.

I bought a hand-built road bike from these guys - all the parts were new except the frame and saddle. Excellent build quality, very patient with me when I was testing it out and it rides very well. Threw in reflectors and a bell for free too, recommend checking it out for solid well made bikes with a vintage flair. Great for London.

I came to the shop with an unorthodox problem which was solved in a genius manner. The owner is friendly and genuine with a clear passion and knowledge for bikes and is happy to share that knowledge with you. The shop is pleasant and bright which makes it a comfortable environment, and they also sell coffee! I will be returning :) thanks

Probably the best service I've had from a bike shop. Not only a quick and effective fix, but generous enough with his time to explain what I've been doing wrong and walk me through what to do when replacing things on the go (dispelling some poor advice I'd had before!) And a lovely guy to boot - will definitely be back for any repairs I need.

Extremely friendly and kind staff that helped me a lot with my bike and gave a plenty of advise about travelling. Special thanks for giving me a free box for my bike that I’m taking to the airplane with me. Amazing atmosphere of cycle shop, even the clients are friendly and nice here. Highly recommend to visit.

Took my bike in for something very minor and the staff were so lovely, really friendly and kind. Fixed my bike super quickly and kindly didn't charge me anything. Very happy to have found a bike shop as amazing as this one! I will definitely be going there for any bike servicing / repairs. Can't recommend enough.
