Billy's Bespoke Bikes

My bicycle has been in a rather sorry state for a couple of months; everything was slipping. I dropped my bike off and within 3 hours, the owner had appraised, quoted and serviced my little bike. It feels better to ride than when I first bought it.

He was very polite and patient and listened to my bikes troubles and checked up on all of them.

It would be great if they could advertise service/ repair prices on their website, but other than that I have no complaints and they have a customer for as long as I live in the area.

Bought a chain from here that the owner "swears by" multiple broken links within less than 50 miles riding the bicycle. There are some much better bike shops in town, don't waste your money here

Forget the negatives, Billy may not schmooze customers, but he's an excellent mechanic. Took mine in today for new stem, and as a result had to have all cables and outers replaced. No appointment, sorted within two hours, for a smudge over £50. Top work...

Great service as always. Never had a negative experience with Billy. Completed the work in a timely fashion at his usual reasonable price.

Horrible services. I need a shift setup only. He cannot give me an appointment at all. If it will be 2 weeks later no problem, but no. He want me to bring back the bikcycle next day. Leave it 4 hours. And after I can collect. 4 hours for 5 minutes job.

Friendly and thorough service when I brought my bike in for a repair. Brilliant value for money.

Highly recommended. Billy is extremely knowledgeable and a great bloke. I had an issue with a bike I bought online (not from Billy) but Billy was able to get it working and get me back out on my bike in now time at all. Great shop and great service.
