I have taken a few different bikes in for TLC. Alex and Neil are awesome and have always taken care to get me good deals, sourcing well-priced parts and checking in before going ahead with anything pricey. They have always taken time with me to explain things clearly and I definitely recommend them as a great, personalised company who give value-added service. Thanks. :D

I dropped off my bike for a service today and it was ready by 2pm. Really pleased with everything and they were more than happy to give some informative feedback on a few components that needed to be replaced. Very knowledgable, trustworthy advice, nice people, good service. Just how things should be!

I went here after reading all the positive reviews. I had noticed my rear wheel has cracked and a spoke had pulled out of the rim, so I emailed Alex with some photos and he suggested it would probably need replacing. Popped down to the shop today and within half an hour I had a new wheel for much less than I was expecting to pay. Alex also said my gears will probably benefit from refurbishment which I'm more than happy to do when I have a bit more cash. Genuinely friendly, helpful and quick service. I'll be using them from now on for anything bike related I need.

I came here having been told by two other bike shops that they could not do the work! My bike was serviced here, no problem at all. Communication was excellent. The staff clearly have a genuine passion about bikes (it makes a difference!). Bike was serviced, parts replaced, and I collected it when they said it would be ready, i.e. they kept to the deadline. Polite, friendly staff and very good service!

10/10 for Neil's Wheels - when my rear hub exploded they took it all apart, got a diagnosis of the problem, offered to order the part off the supplier, gave me an estimate of the time, cost and other options, and then put my old cassette onto another wheel. The fella behind the till then tried to charge me a fiver! I gave him ten, when I know other shops would have charged twice that easily. Really good service and I know I can trust their mechanics to give a really honest evaluation of the problem. Thanks lads.

Brilliant, fast, great attitude and friendly. Had a front wheel that needed fixing...... fixed at a good price too.

This was my first visit here, certainly will not be my last.

Polite, friendly, quick, professional, competent, thorough. Always get greeted with a smile and always leave the shop knowing I would have been happy to pay more for their service. Lucky to have this place as the LBS.
