He went the extra mile on a "no obligation" purchase and took the time to answer all our questions. Without doubt, a true credit to Wheathampsted, #shoplocal and the electric bike revolution. Needless to say, we left the shop, having placed our order for TWO bikes, confident that our personal wishes (spec) will be fulfilled. Just bought a new Wisper electric bike. Really helpful and great advice. I have short legs and bad coordination so a sympathetic dealer is really important for me. Love my new bike. Will be great for touring as it can take panniers and with the 700W battery, I will have superb range.
