Following some serious knee pains triggered by training for Ride Across Britain I went to see Pat for a bike fit. Immediately he was able to make some adjustments (seat height, cleat insoles) and was not shocked to learn my knees had been taking a bit of a beating because the angle my knee was forced into when peddling.

An additional change was to install shorter crank. Pat put me in touch with a mechanic who ordered the necessary part and fitted it at Pat’s studio, and Pat conducted a follow up fit as a final check.

Pat is obviously very experienced and knowledgable and really cares about making sure you have a comfortable riding experience and is happy to have further follow up sessions if something is not quite right following subsequent time in the saddle. Thank you!

Fantastic bike fit with Pat. Highly recommend using his services. Incredibly knowledgeable and you will come out with what feels like a new bike. Pat spends the full 2.5hrs working on your positioning and optimising each possible area and talks you through the mechanics and science behind any changes. You’re then provided with a detailed report and video with measurement and future points to work on. Very very good!
