Been planning for some time to buy an eMTB so went to see the team at Ark Cycles for some advice.. They were knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional. Best of all they put me under no pressure to make a decision. Instead they explained all the options, arranged a couple of demo rides which helped me decide to get an Orbea Wild FS. The bike is absolutely brilliant. Thanks especially to Shaun for his patience. Absolutely recommended!

An excellent bike shop. I found the perfect Kalkhoff e-bike at the right price when looking on-line, at The Ark Cycles. It was a long way from my home but worth the drive to collect it.
The staff (Andy & Ellie) were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Recently bought my first full suspension bike from The Ark, Sean was brilliant in assisting to find me the perfect bike for what I wanted in my budget and talking me through lots of different models and brands as well as trading in my old bike! the after sales care has been brilliant also, the bike came with a first free service which was super efficient and they even fitted some new grips I bought for me! Ellie and Andy were brilliant in answering all of my questions (there were lots!!!) and fitting me a new hat and other bits as I’m very new to the world of mountain bikes, will definitely be using them for all my biking needs in the future, thanks Team, keep up the fab work I love my new bike it’s awesome!!!

The customer service I have received has been fantastic. All staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I had an issue with my bike and this was resolved within 2 hours. Amazing service. More custom definitely coming your way.

Took in my nearly 3 year old, but quite thrashed, Specialized Sirrus in a final attempt to fix an awful graunching noise that revealed itself whenever I went up a hill (much of the time around Stroud). It had already foxed the shop I'd originally bought it from (and another shop too). As well as servicing it beautifully (replaced disc pads, adjusted gears), they completely fixed the graunching which turned out to be a rear hub issue not the bottom bracket as I'd thought and my bike is now genuinely like new - they even cleaned it too. Wonderful people. I'm so happy.

I was recommended this shop by a friend and I was very impressed. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the bikes, which always helps. There was no pressure to buy, which I liked too. Thanks Guys!

Higly recommend, Very pleasant experience with professional and knowledgeable staff, lovely little shop with everything you need to get started or for the more experienced cyclist.
Mechanic fitted new bars to my bike and the service was spot on. Even a cute little coffee shop opposite! Ample parking at the rear of the mill.
All covid rules followed as well so felt comfortable and safe.
