Great customer service. The chap assisted my wife with advice on child seats, which we purchased from them and they fitted beautifully. A nice family bike store. High recommend.

We cycled over this morning to get a helmet for myself and ended up walking out with two (another for my 2.5 yrs old son). The lovely gentleman there was so kind and knowledgeable. He made us feel really welcomed and kind so we will definitely be returning even though we’re all the way in Teddington and there are other bike shops around. Highly recommend especially if you are a novice cyclist like me.

Needed a replacement securing nut for bike front wheel. Showed them the one I had and was given the new one for no charge. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Useful place for any cycling questions or problems.

We have been buying our family bikes from Birdies for many, many years. Recently they seviced my gravel bike at a reasonable price. Today, in just a couple of minutes, they fixed a derailleur problem caused by an impact (without charge). They are everything a local bike shop should be. Highly recommended.

These guys are good. I took an old mtb in for a fork upgrade a couple of months ago and it's riding really nice, the mechanic also tweaked some details. Nice job.

I often pop in to Birdies for parts for the wide selection of bikes that I maintain for a local charity. They nearly always have what I need in stock, and at competitive prices. The guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and helpful too. Definitely my favourite local bike shop. A real gem!
