Fantastically helpful and polite. Neil is a true master of the bikes, Fernando too is awesome, and Azelia keeps the whole team together (and makes the best pre/post/no ride cakes ever. They even run interesting evening events, I met Markus Storck there!

Having been a cyclist for few years now I've been in and out of a few bike shops and never have I experienced such great customer service where the staff have gone above and beyond what is expected to help a customer.
On this particular visit Neil met me at 7am at the shop to help me.
He was very happy to do so and didn't hesitate.
I would thoughly recommend Neil and his team and recommend a visit to his great shop.

If I had a bike shop, this would be it! A beautiful showroom with stunning new and some museum bikes. Great coffee shop with cakes too. Neil was fantastically helpful in recommending and fitting new wheels and tyres to my old steel bike and he properly indexed the gears along with giving it a once over. Above and beyond all the staff went to please me and Josh was inspirational. I've found my new favourite bike shop; much appreciated. I'll be back in the spring for those tubeless tyres!

First of all: great "Italian" coffee blend! And some really tasty cakes!

It's a cycling boutique with top of the range brands and their bikes. Very personal attitude. The place is run by the owners themselves and just adds to quality.
In their workshop, very skilled person does service, maintenance, repairs. They do sophisticated bike fit and with the purchase it will be for free - good thing.

Me personally just love to come over and hsve a coffee, my cycling routes are typically in Chiltern Hills, so this is a special place to visit for the cuppa.

Great local bike shop with a great variety of bikes (mid to top level so that's about £1k upwards) and great customer service.

They are busy so can be difficult to get hold off but I think that's a sign of just how in demand Neil and the team are. They also do C2W scheme so I would highly recommend a visit!

As an usual customer of bike shops, I must say, don't be fooled by the amiably manner the team treats you.
They really care about clients and are serious with their work quality. It is worth it and the cherry on top of the cake: the prices are super attractive.

Purchased my bike from here and have to say Neil was super helpful. An honest genuine guy who will spend as much time as you need and gave me lots of great advice. Very happy I went here instead of ordering online.

I had an issue with the back wheel and called up quite a few bike shops in the local area, all said they didn't have the part yet when I called up these guys they offered a solution to the problem and the next day I came into store and they carried out the repair in front of me.

Not only do they know their stuff but they have amazing customer service, good pricing and resourcefulness.

Their expertise saved me waiting weeks for a part to arrive from the US.
