An excellent selection of electric bikes to cover all needs. Staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. As I was visiting, they also added a missing nut to my current bike free of charge which was much appreciated. Would recommend for any electric bike needs!

I own a Haibike Trekking 7 which I purchased directly from Haibike. From the beginning I had problems to get the battery out so I called Haibike and they directed me to my local dealer in St. Ives to have the situation assessed. I was told the bike needed to be shipped to their warehouse and it'll be at least a week until I can have it back. Pretty upset about this diagnosis I wanted to get a second opinion so my wife and I went to Electric bike sales in Cambridge and explained the situation to one of the guys. Even though you could see how much there was going on, he had a look at my lock, grabbed a special screwdriver and fixed the problem within 2 minutes and I wasn't even charged. That's one of the best and honest customer service I've experienced. My lock works now perfectly and he possibly saved Haibike a hefty repair bill which would have come their way if the bike would have to be shipped (just to adjust 2 screws)... THANKS SO MUCH! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My bike lost a left pedal and the extremely friendly man in the shop reattached it there and then. Made my day to have two pedals again and not to be scooting - as not easy on a bicycle. A big thanks. And would not even take a thank-you towards a beer!

My sisters Gazelle has gone wrong 2 weeks out of warrantee. We paid £2,669.00 for this bike and when we called to see if they would help financially they said No. She is a key worker and it’s her only means of transport. We live in lowestoft and she has taken it to 3 bike shops and nobody can fix it here as it needs a specialist. This was a gift to her from my husband who also bought himself a bike at the same time, spending in total over £9,000.
You customer service is appalling !!!

The fantastic guys at the Cambridge branch made my ebike purchase a real joy! So knowledgeable, so helpful and so friendly! Could not recommend them more highly!

I dropped into the guys in the Cambridge shop yesterday to find a new brake lever for a friend's bike after he came off it.
The guys gave me a whole brake assembly. I realised the part was not exactly what I needed, so I returned cheekily to ask if they had another one with an additional electric cable attached.
They gave me the right assembly, again as a gift.
I cannot fault the guys. They were helpful, kind and generous in their offer to help me for a friend.
It is a pleasure to deal with these two guys. 5 star service, attitude and generosity of spirit. Faith in humanity restored. Thank you.

Really great service received as a ‘walk-in’ customer on a busy Saturday. The knowledgeable staff immediately knew what was needed and sorted it there and then. So great and would def recommend.

while doing some research about the Ebike craze going on my wife settled on the Cube Touring Hybrid One 500 EE Electric Hybrid Bike so after doing a google search we found Electric Bike Sales & found they where advertising the cube Ebike.i phoned the Cambridge shop & spoke the member of staff & after having a discussion with him he said there is a wait for the cube Ebike.so i gave the staff member my wife's height details & he said she will be better off with a Xsmall ebike 46cm 26cm wheels. He checked & found 2 Ebikes at the Oxford shop white or blue .Mrs said she didn't want a white bike so i ordered the blue Raleigh Motus GT low step Ebike. The ebike came 2 days later after unpacking there where a couple of issues with the bike, I phoned the Cambridge shop straight away & told them of the issues & was told to send a email. I got a email back from Eddie Kehoe who rectified the issues i had with the ebike we checked the ebike & everything worked as it should. My wife used to walk to work (2jobs) which would take 2hrs 15mins round trip now cycling to both jobs & back home is now taking 30 mins. its made a massive improvement while riding on the road & given the Mrs more confidence . the Mrs has the assistance of ebike motor to help her riding up hills when coming home. I emailed Eddie Kehoe asked him can he thank the staff at the Cambridge shop stating that the person i spoke to his knowledge was very impressive & a massive help to our choice my Wife's ebike .
