Giant Bicycle Store

So I've just hit the big 50 now's the time to give my self a treat to a new bike...yep an Ebike. After months of looking around it come out the all new 2022
Giant Reign E + 0. I got in contact with Billy the owner/manager of the Giant Store at Leamington Spa and got the bike ordered. A week later I drove up, I was granted with a nice cuppa coffee I was looked after let's say. The bike was all ready built up, all there was to do was set the suspension. Billy took great care of that very professionally. Month later the bike is awesome I've had no problems what so ever.
I highly recommend the Giant Store at Leamington Spa to anyone give Billy a call I'm sure there's a deal to be had. 👍

It’s a friendly shop with nice people, but technically I would not say the best support. I have purchased a Giant bike which is great but it had been assembled so that the crank seized up on the first ride; I have had tubeless tires sold and fitted which come off on the rim first ride, and had incorrect replacement parts sold to me (genuine mistake, but annoying).

I changed my groupset back from a compact set up and couldn't get the Dow adjustment quite right when putting down some heftier power. The team at Giant Leamington squeezed me in despite a busy schedule, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for what a lot of bike stores would just charge the maximum they can for. Couldn't say enough about the professionalism and friendly local bike shop atmosphere the team conducts themselves with. Thanks again ☺️

Popped in after my other half got a flat tyre on her mobilty scooter while going around town. The guys in the store couldn't have done more, swapped the inner tube like an F1 team. Before we knew it we were back up and running.

I stopped by in the middle of a ride because I needed a minor tweak to fix a shifting issue but didn’t have the right tools. They fixed my bike and didn’t charge because it was a 5-minute job. They were busy, with multiple customers coming in during the short time I was there, but were quick to attend to everyone and were very engaging and helpful. I’m not a customer because they didn’t charge me for anything but if I needed a bike shop I’d happily become a customer here.
