And this was the review I wrote in 2019. I wish I’d purchased my Juicy electric bike here – would have saved me a lot of hassle - but I have since been to the Electric Bicycle Company twice for service and repair work, and now I’d never want to go anywhere else. You get a thoroughly professional service and their commitment to keeping customers happy is clearly heartfelt. It’s not the easiest, closest or most convenient option for me, but it’s definitely the best – and I’d highly recommend it. They've got a good range of electric bikes, not that there's any sort of gleaming or glitzy showroom. By West End standards, frankly, it’s pretty basic – but to me that just signals honesty, dedication, competence and effort. Colin is really too young to be called a gent, though he clearly is; the whole place leaves you feeling, “they don’t make them like that anymore” – but here they really do. Many thanks for the mobility and fast turnaround … very much appreciated.

Colin agreed to take my bike in for a damaged electric cable repair. He stated he need a few days to check it and 4 days later - he quoted £125 to repair it.
What I actually collected was a dismantled bike. Colin's co worker was clueless. His diagnosis consisted of plugging in the wheel to another bike to see if it worked after his soldering of 4 loose wires. He had no electrical testing equipment. He demanded £125 and refused to re assemble the bike without more money. Colin then fabricated a story about trying to contact do a 'diagonis' I consider Colin's quote and non existent repair a total sham.
I have also previously used these guys to service my E bike and they did a wonderful job then as well.

I bought a expensive electric bike from them a few months ago and had a problem with the battery.
Once I went to check with them, they said that i own them money because was the wrong battery they put for mistake.
They should pay for their mistakes and not make custumers pay.
Reccomend to check if there are any other stores nearby, because they are the worst ever I've been seen.
For the owner, there is no point to get in touch with me explain your point of view. You have to understand that you guys have to pay for your mistakes, not expecting someone else to pay. This is how should work being professional. Hope this review will awake you guys, and make difference in the future, because this is called scam from you.
