Bought my bike there in 2004, just had full respray and technical undate. Looks like new, with just enogh of the old bits to make it Mine. The shop has changed but the people and service are still excellent. The new bikes look very interesting but happy me will stick with mine for another 16 years. That will make me almost 88.

Best bike shop I know. Desperately needed a pair of forks last thing on Saturday and thay had a pair in stock the right size. Not the first time thay got me out of a tight spot.great guys and lots of parts from standard to high end.

One of the best bike shops I have dealt with for a long time and will use again. Greg in customer services is super helpful and a credit to Condor.

I used to have second hand condor bike. Only frame left. Gear 105. Spent 6 yrs in london streets pedalling every day min. 30 miles daily. Such a bike, such a frame. I'm going to pay you a visit soon. To get a new one. Condor rules

What a star. That's the best customer service that I have ever had, hands down. Julian talked me through my Bivio gravel bike build, and never once tried to push me into a decision, he listened to me, then gave sound and honest advice on every single part down to the smallest detail.

It never once felt like I was speaking to a salesperson, it was incredibly enjoyable and just felt like I was sitting down with a mate building our dream bike. We first spoke on the phone on Monday for over an hour and then made some tweaks via email throughout the week and finalised everything on the phone today.

Admittedly, I have busted my balls in terms of budget on this build and would have been wary to spend that amount of cash if I didn't have Julian's passion, knowledge, and reassurance along the way. I'm very confident that this is going to be an absolute corker of a bike that I'll keep forever.

Exceptional customer service.
I was after a way to transport my Brompton on a plane on a regular basis. The salesperson went through each of the luggage options, demonstrating how it would work with the bike. This included assembly of one of the options and how I could also pack in a Brompton bag and its frame.
I bought the B&W foldon. Then the salesperson made a strap from an inner tube and even cleaned it. (See photo). I didn't think that level of service existed anymore.

Did a full bike fit and service with Condor. It was my first bike fit so I wasn't sure what to expect. James was amazing! He took his time to assess my riding and offered so much advice throughout the process. Ended up with lots of adjustment, a beautiful new handlebar and saddle. The bike service was done on the same day. My gears never felt so smooth! So great to have finally found someone I can fully trust with my bike! Thank you so much! <3

I made an online purchase of some mudguards which came more quickly than anticipated but there had been a slight error in communicating what parts I needed. Condor were very swift and considerate in responding to me and rectified the situation immediately. Perfect 👌🏻
