Their timely advice (to have a long-overdue service!) plus diagnosing and sorting out the motor drive system has been so helpful.

Friendly and efficient - couldn’t ask for more. Ruben changed my tyre this evening 15 minutes before closing and prevented what would have been a very long walk home. Absolute lifesaver, thank you!

I rang at very last minute before closing time on Christmas Eve and they were very receptive and helpful in getting my bike tires changed. Very good customer service and quality of work. Will make sure to be back for all services.

The staff here are rude, defensive and patronising, which to be fair is like every bike shop in the world. What's extra special about this place is they're also rubbish at fixing bikes. I bought a pair of mudguards and paid for them to be installed, rear guard came loose within 2 seconds of leaving the shop. It was closing time and they locked the door behind me so I couldn't come back and complain. Brought the bike back 2 days later, the guy tried to blame me, my "faulty" bike, anything but own up to their mistake and apologise. After a lot of moaning he attached the mudguard (properly this time), but forgot my D-lock on the shop floor and also forgot to re-engage the rear brakes, which apart from being annoying could have cost me my life. So I had to go back a 3rd time. Now the front brakes are playing up. I'm so disappointed, I'm new to the area and was really looking forward to the convenience of a "friendly" local bike shop. Unfortunately this place is no such thing.

Quick to take money for a simple puncture on a electric bike. Whilst in their care they snap electric cable in error. Bike retained by shop for a further 7 weeks. When it’s returned doesn’t charge and the peddle assist doesn’t work. The shop admits breaking the cable but is now becoming defensive when challenged over the bike being returned not working, the owner put the phone down and wasn’t prepared to be challenged. Stay away until they improve their own internal controls as unfortunately they have none, and try to put blame back into customer. Extremely angry over their conduct, shall be reporting to trading standards.

Absolutely amazing service, knowledge and expertise, we phoned up to request a bike build after every other shop told us they were fully booked for over a month - Carl said he could probably get it done within the day and stayed after closing time to put it together for us to collect! Incredible customer service, will definitely get our business again.
