I can not shout loudly enough as to the service and after service I have received from Sutton Circuit bikes. As newcomers to the market i can say that I have receive a better experience of buying a bike and aftermarket products then any of the major players in the market. The responses to my questions and issues have always been rapid and professional, and more than I could ever expect. I highly recommend.

We'd seen the Volt bikes online and went along to give them a try at Sutton Circuit Bikes. It was really useful to be able to test them out on the track. Mark is very knowledgeable about the bikes. We ordered two Pulse Hybrids E-bikes from Volt and we picked them up today from Sutton Circuit Bikes. It was 5 Star service all the way from Mark and his colleagues who even helped us to load the bikes on to our new bike rack.

I’ve ridden a Volt ebike for a number of trouble free years so when we decided to move to folding bikes for the purpose of ease of carriage Volt was high on my list for consideration. The guys at Sutton were most helpful; there’s plenty of room to test their demonstrators and the sales people are very helpful without being pushy. We ordered the Metro & the Metro LS. Mark was very helpful in guiding us through the order process online and was very good about keeping us updated. We had to wait 4 months for delivery but it was well worth it. We are very pleased with our bikes and are more than happy to recommend Sutton Circuit Bikes.

Great cycle centre. Bought a Volt Pulse e bike. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable.
Mark, who served me encouraged me to try it out on their track and the off road circuit. He also helped me adjust the saddle height and explained the technology and how to get the best out of my new bike.

The Volt Pulse is really responsive and so easy to cycle, but it's also really light with amazing range.

Really enjoyed my afternoon at Sutton Cycles, really nice people, and gave me plenty of time to know I would be happy with my new E-bike.

So yesterday I had arranged an appt with Mark to trial the Volt Pulse LS Step through E Bike. I trialled this and as a comparison The Kensington bike. Mark with whom I dealt with was really accommodating throughout the whole process. There was no hurry in me making my decision, I had several goes on both bikes and there were adjustments made to them to give me a greater experience. I loved the Metro seat on the Kensington however I decided I wanted to purchase the Volt bike and Mark said there would be no issue with swapping the seat when I placed the order.
I have today rung the company and spoken with Volt after Mark sent me the link and placed my order! I did speak with the company firstly to make sure it was ok to swap the seat over and was told to put it in the comments section on the order page. The whole ordering online process was seamless and now I can’t wait to receive my email to say it is ready!
Great service from Mark firstly via the phone, then with a very positive Visit to trial the bike and then online and on the phone.

Really thorough and efficient service from the guys at Sutton Circuit Bikes. Dropped my bike in for a repair hoping it would be done within a few days and it was sorted in less than 48 hours. Will be booking in again for future repairs and services. Very happy customer :)

After researching e-bikes for some time the Volt Metro appeared to give me the specification I wanted at a reasonable price. Obviously you want to see and try before purchase and Volt will recommend a nearby Demo centre.
Here I was exceedingly fortunate in having Sutton Circuit Bikes nominated. On contact a suitable time and date was speedily arranged. This is where SCB come into there own. They have a Go-Kart track of some complexity on site. Here you can ride in complete safety and evaluate the bike at your leisure. Backed up by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff you have all the help you need to complete a purchase.
Although the bike can be delivered to your door having it delivered to SCB ensures a full check and set up for you. Also of course a final run through on the operation and maintenance requirements. First class service and facilities.
