Ebike Centres

Went to the shop for a general enquiry about e-bikes last Friday (29/04/2022). I greeted the white guy by saying good morning You alright ?
He never bothered to reply.
When i asked him the question he was very rude and arrogant.
It was a very unpleasant experience and i felt unwelcome the very second I stepped foot in the shop.
A lot of this has to do with the racial discrimination based on my experience and reviews on Google.
Would not recommend this establishment at all!

Utter let down of a store. Service clearly subpar. Have had nothing but issues with the bike since buying it. They did try and make repairs but were obviously not happy with the fact they had to due to the attitude recieved towards myself.

Great service at a great price, I started using them a year ago for my childrens bikes and there is nowhere that can beat their price and service

Very poor service my friend give me this address I had a problem with my scooter Dashboard is broken and I went to there I explained for them I thought they can help but they were very disrespectful The first thing they say what did you buy. they think I stolen the scooter they knew what’s problem they didn’t try help I don’t know why they are racist I don’t recommend them 👎

I couldn't be more happy with my E bike I purchased last week it is second hand but you would never know and Dan who helped me is so patient and he really knows about E bikes and won't just sell you a bike just for the sale lovely staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble

I always go to these guys for any issues with my road bike and they always get to the bottom of things.

Good service and helpful advice, and any work is always at a decent price. Would recommend!

very pleased with these guys , took my bike in for front and rear disc brake pads change and the bike was ready the following day.very reasonable price too , Top marks to the mechanic .

Went there for a scooter repair a pole adjustment to which they said they couldn't fix once i got home i noticed that they tampered with the breaks making it much looser and ruining thr wiring.
