I was crossing the city yesterday on my ride (I had quite a long trip) and just came in randomly because I got issue on my cycle unexpectedly.
They fixed it so quick for a good price and I was very happy to see such a good and friendly service!

The friendliest bike shop in town!

I've been going to see Mike and the gang at BC Cycles for almost a decade now and they have always been an incredible team. They helped me with my first bike build and i had that bike for 9 years until recently. They assisted me through each incarnation of the aptly named 'BEAST' and were always so enthusiastic to do so. It was an ancient frame that needed all sorts of weird sized parts but they never failed to source what it needed.

Sadly that bike no longer exists after it got damaged beyond repair recently but Mike once again came through and sourced a fantastic single speed for me from Brick Lane Bikes. Super affordable too! Because of the generic sizing chart from BLB's we had an issue with the first size, so Mike promptly resolved the problem with kindness and reassurance! I picked up the new size today and i'm absolutely buzzing'.

Once again, thank you Mike for the absolutely next level service and customer care.

I took my bike in to get a pedal refit, and they'd sorted it within a few hours despite being a walk-in. Super friendly staff and great pricing. I'd gladly use BC again :)

Mike has been SO helpful helping me choose my new gravel bike. It was great to get truly independent advice. And they are going to help me bring my old mountain bike back to life. Win, win!

I have used BC Cycles many times over the years and they have always been excellent. I popped in today with a few niggles with my carbon road bike and the guys were super friendly, super efficient and really reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
