Came for a repair and servicing last Saturday. Got charged £100 for New chain fixture and servicing. The next day, after 20 minutes of cycling my chain came off and got stuck in the bike frame. Managed to put it back and then came off again. Also my front Wheel is making a funny noise now. No idea what they have done to my bike. I deeply regret bringing my bike here, it's dirty and in its worst condition ever (far worst that when I brought it in to tell you) Never seen that...Ruined all my rides to work and back. Please give me a call back asap.

I continue to be impressed by these guys! They have serviced a couple of my bikes, and helped me out today, on a busy Saturday with an issue with my road bike. Friendly, knowledgable and never rip you off. As a triathlon coach I will be recommending them to all of my clients!

This place is a scam, yesterday it cost £60 to fix the brakes and after ten minutes it got worse today he said it cost £50 so he doesn't know how to lie. Today I discovered brake maintenance costs £25, I don't recommend

The most expensive bike shop I’ve ever been to, don’t go here if you can help it!
They also screwed up my partners bike even more than it was originally, and then charged loads to re-do it. The bike never worked afterwards and had to sell it. Would NOT recommend this bike shop to anyone.

From reading online reviews and speaking with on the phone with the store I was shocked to be charged £15 for a puncture repair despite providing my own inner tube for the replacement. As per your review responses labour is usually £10 - clearly someone has taken advantage here.

Had my bike serviced and my chain and cassette replaced. Great, efficient service and high quality work, they’ve breathed new life into my old bike. Thank you, guys.

I repaired the rear wheel tire and now I have a problem with the tire balance. Their treatment is not good and the repair prices are very expensive. They don't have enough experience.
