I have had around 8/9 different power meters from cycle power meters and the service and after sales support is second to none.
I'm that pleased with the service and products they supply that I wouldn't get a power meter from anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable on all things power meters. Great service and got me up and running with a power meter to a tight deadline.

Fantastic service. I spoke to a real person yesterday about my order of a NPE CABLE and it arrived very quickly. The CABLE is also excellent for connecting to Swift from an ANT+ bike.

CPM's customer service (my correspondence was with Amanda) is simply outstanding! When choosing to purchase expensive and important piece of equipment like power meter, having great on-sales customer service reassures me that my after-sales needs will be taken care of adequately!

Initially ordered Stages power meter, which got delayed twice to some extremely faraway date months away. Communication was prompt from CPM and they relayed information about delay expeditiously so that I can make a decision. Managed to find a good substitute (Favero Assioma) which they obtained from their supplier in less than 3 working days and delivered to me next working day - simply superb! Throughout the whole ordering and delay process of a month, Amanda was patient and on-the-ball with communication, and took note of my need for the power meter to be delivered before an upcoming race, well done!

I finished my order with cycle power meters in May 15th. The order was blocked in spanish custom with a tax of 26€ (order price was 66€ without taxes). I refunded the order and spanish mail returned it to UK. I've sent several emails and I've talked many times with the sales departament with no result. Two months ago the refund is pending and I'm very upset.
Please, be careful if your are a customer outside of UK. The taxes in the custom would be very high.

Faulty kit and no response to email and no answer on the phone. Very poor. Maybe this will get their attention.
