Had a puncture repair yesterday at short notice on an E-Bike. They were very busy but they fitted us in and still got it done in a couple of hours. This meant that our long weekend at the caravan was back on track. The bike store was recommended and I read the reviews, I would endorse these comments and would certainly return. The shop was well laid out and professional. The proprietor was very knowledgeable and had a friendly personality. The young lady was very pleasant and very helpful.
Thanks.

What a great place this is...the staff are very friendly & helpful. I have taken two bikes here recently & have been really pleased with the service I received.
Very honest people & prices were great too.
Lovely to find a place that you can trust & not be ripped off...will definately be using this place again.

Fantastic service, what more can be said. Went for a rear mech cable change, it was a tricky internal routing but Paul was excellent, did a couple of other items as well, and highlighted some areas for work at a later date. Cost was below expectations. Guys were very knowledgable and happy to share that

Booked an appointment over the phone as requested on the site, to have my gears indexed, and I turned up at that time. The owner put my bike (I needed the gears indexed properly) on the stand and started. Literally, a minute later, a mate (they clearly knew each other) came in and asked about tyres, so he left my bike and started taking ALL of the tyres down from the rack and discussing each one. After around ten minutes of this, I suggested I could come back at a later date. 'It's on the stand', was all I received. A few minutes later, he starts on my bike. Then an 'emergency' puncture comes in, so, he leaves my bike - AGAIN - and deals with that client. This happened FOUR times while I was there!!!!! I finally got out after 92 minutes for a, as he said, a 'ten minutes' job' to index my gears. Yes, it only (eventually) cost a tenner, but I definitely won't be going back.

Your response is very dishonest! I booked an appointment over the phone for a specific job (gear indexing), and did not simply turn up like the others did! I was NOT wedged in at short notice. You should have respected MY spot and not just left to deal with others when you felt like it. Again: I booked this slot. If you were 'busy', all you had to do was give me a different slot when I phoned.

Its great to see someone with passion for what they do. The guy own runs/owns the shop is very knowledgeable about bikes and bike parts, is very enthusiastic about cycling and the shop offers great prices. The other staff also have very good customer service skills. I will go nowhere else for anything bike related.

Not much to say that hasn't been mentioned in previous reviews but worth reiterating what an excellent business these guys are running. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, passionate, and to round it off very fairly priced.

Dropped my bike in for a service and ended up needing a few small parts due to an error I made when changing groupset. I was regularly updated throughout the process and they were able to get everything resolved quickly, in time for some weekend riding.

Also worth noting the shop is only a minute walk from Longbridge train station, so very easy to get to from further afield.

I was personally recommended Clint and 3CJ by The Captain of our cycling club (The Moseley Missiles CC) .
Clint runs an exemplary business
- A genuine passion and enthusiasm for bikes and cycling
- Incredible technical expertise
- Friendly customer service
- Trustworthy and honest
- Great value
My bike always runs "buttery smooth" when he's worked on it and it is a pleasure to do business with him
Recommended.

Clint knows his stuff: New rear mech fitted, indexed and general tweak of a new bike I damaged, all done in a few hours turnaround for a reasonable fee this week.

Free roadside load/unload parking 100ft away, or free parking on Longbridge main about 5mins walk away.
