Ossies bike shop

Baught my bike from Ossie's, great bike, never had any problems, Trevor who owns the shop was a very nice man. An overall good experience

This guy Is a legend fixed my bike quickly did a very good job too through these difficult times the price was reasonable unlike other local bike shops who are taking advantage of the current situation highly recommended

Not the most pleasant interaction I’ve ever had. Bought a part that was not the right size and asked to change it and was told would get half the value and shouted at me as I was leaving the shop.

I had my bike serviced at Ossies. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. A good old fashioned bike shop with great service.

Extremely rude shop keeper. Very little customer service skills. Does not know how to interact with kids and is rude towards them. Unnecessarily argumentative.

I was previously informed by a friend that he made a disrespectful and unnecessary comment on the clothing of his wife whilst she was at the shop.

Took my daughters bike for a repair over the weekend. Didn't have to book. the repair was done instantly and the chap was super friendly and full of great advice. Very reasonable price too 😊😊

Would have given a 0 if possible …… totally untrustworthy gentleman…. Bully’s women he rents property to enters without permission and sends men to intimidate them to ….. I definitely wouldn’t dnter his shop as a woman I wouldn’t feel safe at all very dodgy
