The Woods Cyclery - Bike Shop, Hire and Cafe

Absolutely brilliant, the guys there were really friendly, helpful and relaxed. The bikes we hired were great quality and comfortable. We rode for 13miles (not professional cyclists) very reliable and great size. Brilliant value for the day as very central for experiencing the forest. Set in a beautiful village with lots of tea rooms and yummy food. 100% recommended this bike hire venue!

Great bike shop and even better cafe with wonderful coffee and slices - bacon cheese and chilli jam turnover is homemade and is to die for!

Unbelievably warm and friendly customer focussed service. Pricing very fair and NO HIDDEN CHARGES! Really went the extra mile when my son felt poorly and we couldn't return the bikes. A quality and relaxed outfit.

Ben was amazing. He sorted out the bikes for us, let us store our bags on the last day and even let us have the bikes overnight on the first day so we could get an early start. These guys are super helpful, easy to find and have good quality bikes.

By far the friendliest bike shop I've ever been in, I travelled from London to give these guys my business since all of the Surly stockists I spoke to closer to home were difficult to get through to. Responsive to questions, helpful, great vibe. Couldn't recommend them more.

It was a real treat stumbling upon this shop while on holiday in the New Forest. They specialise in gravel bikes which makes sense considering the ample opportunities for off road cycling in the area. The shop has a great selection of bikes and accessories as well as a lovely built in coffee shop and bike hire store next door. My partner and I did a gravel ride with hire bikes and the shop curated route and had a great time. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. Best cycle shop I’ve visited and will be back to support them again soon!
