Quench Cycles, Bedgebury

Quench have always looked after the servicing of my mountain bike. This month I took it to their new shop in Flimwell. The shop had an amazing vibe to it. Really easy to get to and plenty off free parking. As always the servicing was first class and very quick. Thank you Quench for continuing to look after me and my bike.

I could rate Quench high enough. I messaged them Tuesday and they fitted me in the next day. I had an issue with my dropper post. I explained I’m working then away riding and they accommodated me. The new site at Flimwell was a great new addition to Quench. The mechanic was really helpful and chatty.
He seemed genuinely interested.
Great place to get your repairs sorted.

FOR FLIMWELL BRANCH:
I just collected my son's TREK MARLIN bike from Connor. He did a full check over on the bike. I got a report. He fixed everything. Gave me advice. Called me to update me. Friendly. What I really admire though... is that this place didnt try and force expensive components to me. They advised politely and gave me a balanced opinion without sounding condescending. I will remember the good service. Buinesses with staff with honest polite characters matter. Oh... and the price was very reasonable, with no hidden extras. I never write reviews - not that sort of person. But this time I did as good businesses need to know they are good, and so do prospective customers. Nice one gents.

Fantastic service from Rob and team at Quench. They kept me informed of progress with delivery dates and once the bike arrived had it all set up with my requirements. 5 star service and no having to test ride the bike in a car park - you have the Bedgebury trails to test ride, what could be better! Thanks guys.

The team at Quench have been amazing when I’ve hired a bike a Bedgebury. The staff have been really encouraging and given great advice when it comes to helping out a newbie mature cyclist! There’s even a weekly Women’s bike club to help develop your skills on the trails through the beautiful setting of Bedgebury. Thanks so much for taking your time to explain things to me and for your friendly service with a straightforward hire process. Really recommended.

I can’t thank Quench bike rentals enough for supplying us with great bikes for an epic day out! The service was top notch - everyone was very friendly and welcoming, giving us advice and helping kit us out for a fun day. The bikes were really well maintained, they worked great and were very clean, which must be no easy feet for February weather! Excellent Service!
Rob and his team did a great job quickly and at a very reasonable cost replacing my brake pads.
Spent some time checking the rest of the bike over and then spent some time talking about the range of bikes and the benefits and limitations of each.
