Just in Northampton for a quick break and a borrowed bike malfunctioned while on a ride (crank loose/slipped). Took it along to Newlec and the guy took at quick look when I brought the bike in, told me it looked okay and put the crank back on properly. No fuss, no "leave it with us and I'll have a look later and give you a call." Service like this in shops like this are invaluable these days. Only wished I lived here to be able to benefit from it more often. Many thanks.

Needed a new gear shift lever. Was told it would take 4 days. They rang the following day to say it was done. I had another minor gear problem a few days later. Took it back and they did it on the spot. Can't fault them. Highly recommend this cycle shop. Best in Northampton

Bought a RIBBLE Ebike rode it once which proved to be a disaster as the free hub was faulty this was a MAHLE x35 these boys couldn’t have done anymore, they contacted MAHLE who also were sympathetic to the situation and did a repair cannot praise them enough
