Snapped my freewheel cog on the way to work this morning and dropped into Cyclecare to book in a service. Luckily I was helped straight away and got the part changed on the spot for a very reasonable price and now I am back on my bike in the glorious sunshine. Thank you very much, I will be back for sure!

I took my bike there with a puncture this morning. The gentleman in the shop fitted a new inner tube very quickly and checked my brakes. He's highly skilled and polite. Thanks very much.

My kid's bike wasn't shifting correctly and it was ruining our plans to ride at Hyde Park. They fixed it in about 60 seconds and refused any money. Maybe the best bike repair people I've ever used!

Had a puncture and arrived more than an hour before announced closing time after walking for 40 minutes. The mechanic was still there, but refused to help as he decided to close the shop early, because it was quiet.
