Rude old man, poor customer service. Don’t be fooled by the “guarantee” they say they’ll honour, they’ll weave their way out of the guarantee to squeeze money out of you.

Took my bike for a full service and replace punctured inner tube. Poor, slow and flimsy service (took 3 weeks to service). The old man even shouted/confronted when I pointed out they didn’t check the tyres properly which still had glass in it and resulted in another puncture. Asked them to replace as part of guarantee but they refused and tried to charge more.

Terrible service. I took my bike in for repairs. They called promptly to collect but the work had not been completed. I took the bike back and collected it a week later with the repairs and adjustment still not done. I had to wait around whilst they did it their and then, and there were things still not done, so it did them myself. I would not recommend this place despite their years in the business. Highly disappointed customer.

if you have an e bike you'll need to go elsewhere - i didn't mention when calling so fair enough, they don't deal with them but i just had a flat - theres no need to touch any electrics - couldn't even recommend anywhere - for anyone local go to Halfords - they were brilliant - was no problem just cost £14 for a new inner tube and fitted for free.

Just phoned looking for an unusual tire size, they were extremely helpful advising me. I'll be sure to use them in the future.

Went in to buy a bike bottle cage. Good range, fair pricing. Even pumped up my tyres. They’ve been around for so long because they have expertise and are friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended small, local family business.

Came in yesterday with an issue with my cleats. Immediately sorted it out and told me stories of cycling back in the day. Was an awesome experience and would recommend to anyone in the area!

They really did a great job. Nearly a year on and my bike is in great condition still. They know their stuff and are affordable. Thanks again :)
