Cycle King Oxford

Huge thank you to Nathan for getting my bike back on the road this morning! I popped in, expecting to have to book the bike in but Nathan was able to fix my bike within a few minutes, free of charge. This was my second visit in recent months, on both occasions the team have been hugely helpful and professional. Thank you again :)

When I bought some bike accessories, their service was so so. However, when I bought a bike, the experience was significantly different. The salesman was very nice and friendly. His name is Mikey. He gave me some advices regarding the bike and its accessories. He also explained about 2-month warranty, which I appreaciate. I didn't get a student discount for the bike, but I got a discount for the helmet.

Never normally leave reviews, but felt compelled. Service (from Mikey) was excellent. Been to most of the bike stores in Oxford and while they get the job done, they are more than happy to charge you for that privilege. I came in ready to fork out a fair sum to get my bike serviced. Instead my bike was diagnosed on the spot and the only real issue requiring repair, done right there in the shop for free as a favour. Service was fantastic, Mikey was a pleasure to interact with and the store was as good as any other in Oxford, with a very friendly vibe and a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with this shop for many years. They know the tech, always check in about what is reasonable to do, have excellent advice. They are fast and flexible with times, too. I have been using this shop for repairs for a range of bikes for many years and have been very happy with their service. Thank you!

Great shop! I came here to fix my gears and they did it in 24h for a very reasonable price (15£). They also adjusted my seat. I bought some lube for my lock that was jamming often, and after that didn't work I came in to just buy a new one. The guy was so kind to try for 20 minutes to unjam my lock, finally succeded and didn't even let me pay him! Very kind and knowledgeable people.
