An excellent, friendly and timely service. My bike has never been in for more than 1 day and staff make every effort to get the job done as quickly as possible. They didn't even complain when I took it in covered in mud. Thoroughly recommend this shop.

I work six days a week and have very little spare time. I needed two bikes for my kids quickly and got exactly what I was looking for and at the right price. You're dealing with the owner at the store which makes a massive difference. Quality customer service and great advice. Both bikes were set up, ready to go and paid for in under 30 minutes. Don't waste your time with the large corporate companies, go to an independent retailer who cares about the customer, gives a great service and wants to see you again for the next bike. I wish I had gone here first before totally wasting three hours at two other large company outlets. Proper bike shop and bikes set up by someone who knows what they are doing.

I am new to cycling and the sales person had brilliant knowledge, clear explanations and knew exactly what type of bicycle I was looking to buy. Good place to get bike repaired too.

The bloke running the shop "Nick" is a really nice man! Gives you all the information that you need to know. And helps find the right bike or e bike for you. Also, deals can be done!

Extremely helpful man at the shop fixed my bike and was able to do it the same day i called to enquire. I will most definately use their services again in the future.
