The Cycle Studio

I've been to a few bike shops over the years, and this one is definitely one of the best. Each time I've been there they've giving me first class service, they always give good advice and their work is faultless and very good value. Their new shop is a lot bigger and a good amount of space, and I've seen them handle other customer bikes with care and proper stowage.
I will continue to bring all my bikes here for future services. 😊👍🏼

We were out for a bike ride today when one of our bikes rear wheel started to act a bit strange. We decided to take a side trip over to the Cycle Studio, they had a quick look and a lot of the spokes on the rear wheel had broke off. They took the bike in immediately changed the wheel sorted everything back out. Its working great again. I happened to have a puncture whilst on a ride on my trek domane having dropped my brother for an op at QE Birmingham hospital .
Googled bike shops and walked to the cycle studio.
Met Alex on arrival and bought 2 tubes and tyre leavers as stupidly left my bag with such items on my other bike. Whilst self fixing new tube onto wheel Alex got me an unexpected free coffee and a great chat on trek bikes. He had a really good knowledge on trek and I left feeling I would return sometime soon.
Having gone 3 miles down the road I had another puncture and difficulty with the spare tube. I phoned Cycle studio who came out with new tubes. He found a microscopic piece of glass in the tyre which was missed by me and problem solved. Superb service not seen by other shops near me. Totally above expectations. Thanks to Alex I will return the 40 Miles for such brilliant service .!!

Great store, staff were helpful, accomodating and provided me with a great recommendation for my price point. Will be using Cycle Studio again.

Big thanks to the Cycle Studio. We recently bought a new eMTB from them. Great care was taken to make sure it was the right bike for me and it was set up brilliantly. It seemed nothing was too much trouble. They really made 'new bike day' special.

Have since been back with a different bike that had some technical problems. These guys are technical experts and solved everything brilliantly. Great job - thanks guys.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful did an on the spot repair when I was in trouble .Coffee good too. Recommend them without reservations.
