Pearson Performance

Have just bought my new bike from Pearson - an outstanding bike (the aero road bike). Was served and dealt with by Guy, who was excellent, as were the other members of the team. What an absolute gem of a bike shop. Would highly recommend.

Booked a bike maintenance slot a month in advance and added the bike's make and model.

No one bothered to check the booking.

I left my bike with the shop at 9:00am.

Only at 1:00pm they call me and said they could not do anything with my bike as they operate with different bike components.

Fair enough but this could've been checked and communicated much earlier if anyone checked bookings.

When registering my frustration at the shop I did not even receive an apology. Was told it "goes both ways and I should've checked the website". It's all my fault.

I just went through the booking process again and no warnings of repairs applying only to certain bikes.

I cannot recommend the team at Pearson enough. I reached out to the team initially for servicing a non-Pearson bike, which ensured my bike was running as smooth as possible.

I was in the market for a new bike, and spoke to Jack. The level of service received was incredible, especially speaking about group set and wheel combinations, as well as what I wanted out of the bike. The team also ensured I managed to test out a number of bikes before committing to buying.

I have had an unfortunate number of incidents, including a broken frame and various derailleur hangar issues (all my fault), to which the team have always fitted me in without question. The post sales really puts these guys a step above any other.

The bikes that are designed at Pearson are responsive, quick and look incredible, but the post sales and service received after the point of sale are even more impressive. Thanks to all the team, especially Jack and Wilf.

Great bike shop, selling performance bikes, great clothes, workshop and café all on site. Super helpful and really knowledgable. Very kindly loaned me a saddle, so I could complete my bike ride to Brighton. Highly, highly recommended for all cyclists.

I contacted Pearson after a recommendation regarding my company’s cycle scheme. Will picked up the discussion initially & booked me in for a fitting. Guy then took me through a fitting process discussing my goals & abilities before they started building a bike for me. Guy & the team have been super helpful & thoughtful in constructing a bike I can use for my road riding as well as long distance triathlons. They accommodated every left field ask I made which was so helpful. Highly recommend!

Its been a real pleasure buying my new bike from Pearson Performance. First contact was with Will who took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me some excellent advice. Then Jack patiently answered my multitude of questions on email before arriving at a final build spec.

Both Will and Guy were on hand when I went to the shop on collection day. They made sure the bike was properly set up and that I was completely happy. I am now the very proud owner of a beautiful "Irons In The Fire" gravel bike which has exceeded my expectations. These guys will really look after you, give honest advice and you will end up with a lovely bike and feel like you are part of a very special group who ride on a Pearson.

Great customer service and excellent products. I had been looking for some road shoes for my wide feet for a while having been unable to find anything at any of my local bike shops. By chance I stumbled upon the Pearson website and gave them a call. Spoke to Will who was very knowledgeable and helpful but not in the least pushy. After the call I ordered a pair of the Hammertime shoes and a few pairs of socks. Having received them everything is perfect and very very nice quality. Will definitely use Pearson again in the future. Thanks again to Will and also Jack for accommodating my last minute dithering over sizes. :-)

We went into Pearson East Sheen to get a new bolt to fix my son’s bike. They quickly got us the bolt and gave us an extra 3 all free of charge. My son’s pannier rack will no longer be half hanging off and great to have spares so it won’t happen again. Thank you so much!
