Great customer service provided by Carl in the Reigate branch. Popped in with a question re my daughters bike and he just fixed it on the spot as well as giving me some tips on how to keep in better nick! Top notch service, would definitely recommend!

The workshop team went above and beyond to help me find a set of carbon wheels (from Wiggle and not even through one of their own suppliers!) to upgrade my road bike. They then managed to squeeze me in to have them fitted and even fixed a seized rear calliper – all for a very reasonable price. Will only be using them for any future requirements, highly recommended. Customer service at its finest.

Had wonderful service at Balfes in Reigate. Went in there looking for a replacement screw for my gear shifter as it went missing. Carl replaced the screw for free as well as doing a couple other things to the bike. This was much appreciated and I will be going back with all my biking needs going forward. Thanks Carl and the team in Reigate.

Carl, Rob and Chris were in the shop at the time and they were absolutely lovely. Helped me with my problem and even gave me some good advice and conversation! Great shop, will definitely be going back.

Have had 2 punctures on my back tyre now stopping me from getting home, popped in and they sorted it out for me easy. Staff were really chill and Carl, the one who’s replaced my inner tube, got me set and gone in under 10 mins. Would 100% recommend if you have any issues with your bike.

As a complete novice to cycling, I was really impressed by how welcoming and helpful Katie was when I visited the Reigate store. She drew on extensive personal experience to help me make informed decisions and ensured I had covered all the bases of safety and comfort in embarking on this new hobby. She was pragmatic about where to save money and where it was worth spending extra. She even made my dog feel welcome, although he was a bit disappointed that I didn’t get him a bike… 🐕 🚴♀️

I took a kid’s bike in for a brake issue and it was looked at and fixed straight away. Great service and friendly staff. Special shout out to Andy. Highly recommend.
