Highly Recommend! Cannot ask for a better experience.

I went to Velo Bavarian for some guidance on how to get a little bit quicker being relatively new to cycling. A few tweaks and a new set of tyres later, I now feel like I'm on a motorbike in comparison to before. Can't wait to book in a service.

Vélo Bavarian have been servicing my bike for the last 18 months. The whole team are so encouraging, always happy to answer questions and provide a great service. When I came to making the decision to get a new bike they were the obvious choice. They took time to make sure I had the right bike for purpose and fit for me, asking me questions, never putting pressure but when I did make my mind up the bike was here within days. I had a very good experience with the team at Velo Bavarian. Really knowledgeable, excellent customer service, very funny and all-round, a great buying experience. I have been back a few times since and would highly recommend this shop.

Big thank you to Luke and the team for helping me out when I was knocked off my bike they offered a free estimate which then turned into, once the insurance company were involved a brand new bike which Lukes team spec’d fully to my old bike with the help of the measurements from uk bike fit. I literally didn’t lift a finger and they are so knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and in now have a better bike than before due to their expertise ! Can’t wait for the cafe great idea - thanks again all Gina x
