Allen's E-Bikes

Just been to look at a E Bike. What great service provided. Tried a few makes and models. No pushy sales staff, just genuine advice, information, guidance and knowledge given. Will certainly be back to make a purchase soon. Thanks Dave for you assistance today. Very much appreciated.

I was amazed by the selection of bikes Allen’s E-bikes had. The level of service & knowledge was extremely good. I was able to take my bike for a test ride & never felt under pressure to make a purchase. Im a massive advocate of buying local but when this level of service is local, why go anywhere else. 5*

I am now the proud owner of an Omega batribike, I cant thank Dave enough for his help and advice. I have visited every bike store in my local area looking for some help. I am only 5ft (and a bit)and finding a small framed hub geared electric bike seemed that I was asking just too much.
Dave was amazing, not pushy, actually listened to what I wanted and advised me on size and style. I would definitely recommend him to all.

Great shop for everything ebike related. If you’re not sure which bike is for you they have lots of choices available to test ride with great customer service, one to one and no time pressure. Would recommend this shop highly. We made a 160 mile round trip and will do so again when hubby decides he needs an ebike.

Today I went to look at the Warthog E-Bike. Allen Opened up the shop especially for me and was so helpful as I decided if it was the bike for me. We looked at a couple of others but my heart was on the Warthog. Allen’s knowledge on his bikes is second to none and he even helped me decide on the right helmet for me. I can’t recommend this shop and service more! And a free local delivery! I wish I could give 6 stars! Perfect!

I purchased a great pair of headphones in the shop this morning.
I was served by Will who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
I purchased a pair of Shokz OpenRUNPRO, bone conduction, headphones. They are great for listening to any type of audio, whilst still being able to hear what is going on around you.
The shop has a great range of accessories available and helpful friendly staff to assist you. 😀
