Sold me a bike with only one screw (as opposed to 6!!) attaching the back disk brake!!
The movement allowed by this caused the disk to get bent out of shape, which in turn jammed up the back wheel while I was riding. I had an accident in the middle of the road because of this and could have been killed.
Don't know how the hell this passed the safety check they gave it. Will opt to visit a different Evans to get my disk replaced.
Seriously upset, wouldn't dream of visiting this store again.

Came in on my lunch break with my new bike that I got yesterday (from somewhere else). Turns out the company who sent it to me hadn't put it together properly. The guys in the store could see what the problem was straight away, fixed it for me on the spot (replaced a vital missing part) and were super helpful. Thanks guys!!

Not a bad selection of Trek bicycles on the lower ground floor. The staff unfortunately were neither welcoming, nor friendly, nor helpful at all. The store is right opposite London Bridge station.

Dishonest business owner

I dont know much about cycling maintenance and bring in a bike with broken tyre, they say they would replace the tyre.
I just noticed today that they didnt replace it at all, the broken connection where you pump your bike is still broken they just did some fix up but charged me for replacement.
I do not recommend any customers come there as the business owner just trick you and over charge you without get the job done.
Very disappointed of Evans.

The worst cycle shop experience I've ever had! No one was unfriendly but the staff member serving me had no clue about anything to do with bikes, and kept asking someone else who was working on a bike and didn't seem inclined to help (I would have expected them to offer a time they would be free to give proper advice as I was asking a lot of questions). I gave up after a few minutes and will go back to the store in Clapham even though its much further away, they at least seem to know about bikes!

I found myself at a London Bridge with my twin babies and a flat tyre on the buggy. Rolled us all to this store and Kyle was super quick to help me out and didn’t even need me to take my girls of the buggy. Very lucky I was close by when I got my flat. Thanks!

Brilliant store, staff very helpful, not the biggest of stores but have a few bike on show, do have cycle accessories, when buying a bike they order for you can take from 5 to 8 days to deliver to store. Overall experience very good.

Boardman AirPro: Silver Service and Bottom Bracket Baring Change.

Dan: Fantastic service, excellent results, bike feels like new, very fast, very streamlined.

The drive chain set up and indexing on point, very crisp gear changes. Very satisfied.

Kieran: Special thanks for the excellent advice and honest guidance
