C&D Cycles Kettering

I have used C and D cycles ever since I started road cycling and bought my first road bike . They are very knowledgeable friendly and nothing seems to be to much trouble . When I wanted a new bike for racing , Chris spent lots of time searching for the best bike for me . Even after a few years now she is just perfect . With Andy s advise I’ve added and upgraded parts on her but she remains current and with their regular care and maintenance will last me for many more 1000s of km . During Covid they put excellent procedures in place ensuring I kept cycling . Then as soon as I was able to travel to mainland Europe , Andy did a very quick turn around on my bike . Thanks guys you are the best . See you in the autumn .

I've been a customer of C&D Cycles since around 2006. Andy & Chris always are helpful with mechanical issues, or building my bikes from scratch and advise me well. Most recently, they built my Raleigh and advised me on getting a new chain tensioner, which I will order through them when I have the money. Great shop and customer service and muchly recommended.

Put my Raleigh in for a service. I can only describe the service and workmanship as top notch. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Highly skilled and knowledgeable. Recommended ;)

First time using c&d. Took my MTB to have rear mech replaced plus front and rear pads. Picked my bike in no less than 24hrs. Chris also simply rerouted my cables to stop frame wear and reduce friction. I’d only just had this fitted by another ( not local ) bike shop, it’s the little things that matter.
Will definitely be using again.

I had been wasting my time at another cycle shop getting very frustrated, I called C&D cycles and was assisted straight away. They waited for me to get there even though they were closing. I received fantastic service from Andy and all the team at C&D. Having been let down by another shop over an order they could no longer fulfil, Andy sorted out building and delivering to us in no time at all. From my first panicked phone call through to delivery, everything was superb. Thank you to you all. I thoroughly recommend this shop.

We now have “ silky smooth” bikes to ride after months of our bikes having “ clicking sounds” from the cassettes and slipping gears. I think C&D cycles have charged us a very reasonable cost for sorting our bike problems out and returning them in tip top condition after their service and repairs. Highly recommended.
