EDEMO Electric Bikes

Very good service. Had a decent chat with Dan to discuss what type of bike would suit me. Bike was delivered within about 2 months (they are built to order in Germany) in person by one of the mechanics who works for Edemo.

As for the bike, it is simply superb. Dan said it would be very good, but it is way better than I expected.

A long road back! On April 1st 2021, I broke my femur in a building site accident during renovations at our home. A tough accident at any time - however at 76 potentially life changing. As lockdown eased I was desperate to get fit again and spent time in the gym, however I decided that what I really needed to do was to get back into the outdoors in a safe, secure and manageable way. A bike I decided was the answer! Careful research led me to the Riese & Muller Superdelite as the optimum solution. A bike packed with benefits - well designed, powerful motor integrated with the Rohloff e-14 hub, full suspension, capability for touring and a a degree of MTB territory. I was greatly helped in my final choices by the excellent advice of Dan at EDEMO and by their wide range of helpful You Tube videos. The whole package delivered to my door in Edinburgh by the very helpful AJ with a full demonstration. The Superdelite is not a cheap option - however it is a value for money investment that will get me fit again with a capability to match no end of future adventures.
In short the long road back from serious injury has been replaced by a long and winding road to hours of fun and enjoyment in our great Scottish hills! The view below is high above Glencorse Reservoir in the Pentlands. Thanks to the team at EDEMO!

We bought our first electric bike from these guys and we received an absolutely first class service! Not pushy at all, they took time to explain everything and help us find the most suitable bike for us and one to suit our budget. Great experience. I was not sure whether this was the time to buy or not. Dan was informative without being pushy. Also really proactive to get me the bike I wanted. The handover process was good and the follow up email made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns they would offer ongoing support. Dan was knowledgeable and reassuring. Buying a bike from EDEMO Electric Bikes was a great experience. They couldn't have been more helpful and made sure that I was really buying the right bike for me. I tested different bikes before I finally chose the best option for me and then when the bike was delivered, everything was checked again, I had one to one instructions on everything and its been brilliant.

My experience in doing a test ride and purchasing my bike was friendly and very efficient. The test ride was a fantastic experience in some lovely countryside with brilliant hills to give the Load 60 a real workout and this sold me on the bike. Once I has decided to buy the bike the quotation and payment process was easy to follow and efficient. The bike was then delivered to my house at the scheduled time and they patiently went through all the details and any questions. Really good experience.

If you were on the fence of spending the extra £££ on a R&M, visit the shop and test ride one of their bikes. They seem to have most, if not all their models in store.
