These Guys just cannot do enough for you, proper old style top notch service, even let me borrow a Cassette tool as couldn't find any for sale locally, really do go above and beyond, easy to park right outside as well. Definitely use them as you will not be disappointed and gonna recommend them to everyone I know. Well done Surbiton Cycles!! some cracking bikes in there as well, very tempting.

I really thought this was a good bike shop, having been there previously. However, I recieved poor customer service when I went there last time. I went to the store to have my bike inspected after an accident and one of the worker just didn't seem interested. So much for a local bike shop...

Having been to another bike shop, the difference in customer service was tremendous.

Popped in on my commute to ask about a sticking front derailleur... simple but annoying issue. Bloke there was totally disinterested in helping me, told me it would be weeks before he could look at it. Ended up using my local who adjusted it in 2 mins and did not charge. I've been to this bike shop twice in the last few years for little niggles that happen when you ride over 100 miles a week... both times they had no interest in helping me.

Very disappointed.
I came with a flat tyre had the inner tube replaced and another protective layer changed. Went back on the road. 10 mn later the tyre went flat in a sec as it had busted. I checked the road and couldn't see any hazard. The tube clearly had a defect but the shop declined any possible responsibility stating the inner tube came out of the box. They claimed I must have hit a curb or something which I know I didn't. I had to take a taxi to get home and pick up the bike later by car as this was a Sunday afternoon. A normal commercial gesture would have been to accept there must have been a problem as well as a refund for the work.

Nice guys there. But very expensive to get your bike serviced. And wasnt happy with the end product. Gears were a bit clunky and the spokes they fixed broke after a few months.

Took my bike to Surbiton Cycles as front brakes were gone. Bike was ready for pick up two days later. Customer service was efficient, the final price ended up being slightly lower than the original estimate which was a delightful surprise.

Popped in as was looking for a new bike, they don't do the Giant bike I was interested in but toook time out to advise me which was really nice. I purchased a MTB during lockdown from them which I was very pleased with.

SUPER SERVICE!

Popped in to Surbiton Cycles with what turned out to be a minor issue with one of our bikes. The gent working there came out and had a look. With no questions asked, collected the tool required and fixed the issue on the spot. He even gave a replacement part free of charge. This is the type of service which I expect from a bike shop. This friendly and can-do attitude is why I have been going back to this shop regularly. Thanks and please keep up the great customer service.
