Giant St Paul's

I had a bikefit with Adam at the Giant store and would really recommend the service. He really spent his time measuring me up properly and I felt like I was riding a different bike after he'd made his tweaks. He offered really helpful advice whilst I was looking for a new bike to make sure I got a good fit, and has been very helpful in response to my many emails regarding my search for the perfect saddle. Would recommend his services to anyone looking for a bike fit - really worthwhile.

Had a great bike fitting with Adam while I was training for an Ironman. The bike didn’t feel ‘bad’ before the fit, but it felt so much better after. Adam talked me through the whole process and was patient with my long list of questions, giving me a bit more confidence to do a bit of tinkering myself. Having had fittings elsewhere previously, i would definitely recommend.

Was having some problems ordering online (was trying to order through the Cycle2work scheme), so I reached out to Rob, he had the order sorted and ready for dispatch within minutes.
Got my new bike just a few days later, but there this very weird noise coming from the brakes, I reached out to them again and Rebecca couldn't have been any more helpful! She had the bike booked in and fixed that same day, into a local bike shop, thus saving me a trip to London.

Giant St Pauls provides a few services - bike sales, a coffee shop and a bike fitting studio on the lower floor. This review is about the bike fitting service they provide which is absolutely superlative. The fitter Adam is extremely knowledgeable and had supplied me with a 3D computer analyzed bike fit and cleat fit that has transformed my cycling, eliminated previous knee pain and enabled my to race in competitions. For maximum enjoyment on your bike I cant recommend a bike fit more highly and if you need to get one get one here....he's the best

I had a bike fit done by Adam. I was not expecting such a dramatic improvement. He set my cleats up, adjusted my saddle height and fitted my original stem as i had fitted a shorter one in a bid to resolve neck and shoulder discomfort. I could feel the difference in the 1st few turns of the pedals on the ride home. It felt like i had a new bike. More power with less effort. Those climbs are so much easier and i can stay in the drops for much longer. Adam was friendly and helpful. I would say getting a bike fit is the best thing you can do to get the best out of yourself and your bike. Thanks Adam.

BIKE FIT
I had a bike fit for Adam ahead of a long distance cycling event. He was brilliant. Not only did he identify some easy fixes to the bike that would help me ride long distances more comfortably and efficiently, but he gave me lots of advice on posture and how to overcome some of my weaker areas. His advice on the right type of shoes and insoles was worth the price of the bike fit alone as getting my feet sorted out has been a game changer.

The best thing - apart from Adam's obvious expertise and passion - is that he didn't just recommend expensive changes to the bike. He weighed up the potential benefits of new bars, or a longer stem, and provided me the pro's and con's so I could make an informed decision. It would have been so easy for him to advice me to spend money but instead he gave me insights into things I could do to help and if they didn't work then I could return and he'd look at other options.

Highly recommended. Plus I loved the 3D motion capture, although Adam's expertise is better than any computer program!

I had a bike fit with Adam, it's really great service. I'd 100% recommend if you are trying to improve your cycling or are starting to increase the distance. I felt like Adam listened to my concerns and now I'm much comfier in my set up. 4 months on I'm still seeing / feeling the benefits.

The bike fit was thorough, enjoyable and very professional.
Changes can be seen and felt straight away.
