Velorution - Hackney

Just want to thank Daniel at the Hackney branch of Velorution for the excellent service today. Went in looking for an e-bike, not knowing too much about them, and was very pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and patience of Daniel as I tried out several different bikes. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy anything, even though I test rode 4 different bikes, and in the end, with his help, I found the perfect bike that was suitable for both my wife and I to ride. Left a happy customer with a wonderful new bike.

Two weeks later I came back to check my bike after I was hit by a car.

Daniel was super helpful: he checked my bike, did some quick minor fixes, and said I don't need to book a full check.

He also explained the mechanical nuances about what can go wrong with the bike after the accident and what I need to do if I ever get into an accident again.

It's not about the money but Daniel's attention to my problem, knowledge, and overall friendliness. You don't get even 1% of such attention on high streets in London.

The guys at Velorution in Hackney were really helpful and knowledgeable when I came in with a tyre puncture. They looked at the rest of the bike too and fixed a few other problems and helped with adjusting it for me to ride. All for a very reasonable price! Would recommend

I left my bike for six weeks check up with Velorution in Hackney.

I decided to buy a rear light to be fixed however the bike had some trouble with the electrics! The technician is now as we speak going out of his way to kindly help me. I will definitely be back to this branch as everyone is very friendly and helpful! More reviews to follow after the bike is ready to rumble on the streets of Central London :)

I've been into this shop several times now for on the spot tweaks and repairs and the guys are always SO friendly and helpful. In my experience a better standard of customer service than other bike shops in the area :) special thanks today to Adam for sorting the niggles with my friend's new bike!

Daniel was very helpful, showing us how to adjust gear indexing, and tweaked saddle and handlebars for better riding position. We popped in and were swiftly sorted with a nice chat and no charge. Shop bright and airy, we'll be back!

Stupidly managed to totally jam my bike chain between two of my front gear wheels. Adam and Daniel were in the shop this morning. Daniel ended up having to take a link out of the chain and just yank it free, but all done on the spot and for free - amazing service, thank you.

Needed a new bike due to mine being vandalised in botched theft. Had nothing but the very best of advice and service from Daniel ( Hackney Velorution ) who found the bike he thought would most suit my needs. He Then put me in touch with Roger and Marvin at Islington Velorution who tweaked the bike to my needs and I was done and on my way in 40 mins .
