The level of service received from Phil last week was outstanding. I spoke to him on the phone to discuss road saddles and he was really knowledgeable about which would suit me best. He was able to check details from a previous bike fit so that he could get the correct size saddle ready for me so I could go and collect it. Further to this he was able to advise on measurements of how to fit this saddle to be the best position for me. As a result of this extra advice and service I have cycled this weekend on what feels like the perfect saddle for me! Thank you Phil!

Purchased a chain for my bike from Specialized and I've had it fitted in store as well as other small issues were sorted out by the bike specialist. just a great service!

Rear gear's were damaged and inverted. Brought in to the store and the Big Dog WAYNE had this fixed in minutes. Great asset to the team and 5* customer service.

I've used this place for a while for off-the-cuff repairs - punctures etc. Took my bike in today for a problem with the alignment of the handlebars. Spoke to Andy, who instead of booking me in had a quick look over and got Chris to tighten up a few bolts. Took <5mins and didn't charge me for it either. Customer service and attention to detail from the guys at Rutland Cycling is spot on. I'll be taking my bikes there for servicing in the future, and will definitely be using them when I treat myself to a new machine! Huge thanks to Andy and Chris for getting me safely back on the road - really appreciate it.

The mechanic here is a great guy. He helped me when I broke my bike at Sherwood Pines. Though they didn't have my front chain ring I sourced it from elsewhere in a hurry and they fitted it as I did have tools. He even pointed nted out the who cassette fitted on the rear, as I clearly didn't have a clue. Great service form good lads. 5 stars.

Excellent service last week. We had brake pads fitted on one of our bikes while we waited, and ordered accessories. Everything we needed to do was sorted out.
The shop floor is pleasant for a browse.
I also came away with a freebie.
