This is a fantastic place. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and really down to earth. You don’t have to be a pro to get excellent service. I bought my first bike in decades from them last October and they really took their time to help me make the right choice. Result is that I’m now bicycling all the time, which is a great change for me.

Very helpful team who know bikes and know the equipment they are selling. Email communication can be a bit slow but any issues raised are dealt with promptly.

Having bought several bikes over the years from them, the quality of service and the staff have improved over those years to a point where I don't feel that I need to go anywhere else to get what I am looking for.

Mixed feelings. They do a great job but my experience of the customer service with both myself and my wife has been pretty negative. Shame, if they improve that, then it’s 5 stars, but not yet.

I just wanted to say thankyou for your help in me choosing a bike, great service - very friendly and informative. The staff also went to great lengths to get a basket ordered and fitted which needed some adaptations due to the design of the bike. Their help with this was very much appreciated. We have had a number of bikes from them now and the team have always been fantastic. Thankyou again and I would definitely recommend.

What an awesome team in this store! We had a problem with our tandem whilst cycling LEJOG and they agreed that we could bring the bike in first thing the next morning where they sorted the problem quickly. Super friendly and efficient. Thank you so much!
