I am Belgian and have owned a bike all the way throughout my life. I know bike parts well and when I went to this shop, I explained them exactly what I wanted to get replaced.

The person that assisted me didn’t write anything down. I came back the next day finding out I had to pay 69 pounds extra because they replaced my brake pads. I explained them I asked my brake cables to be repaired not the pads. They explained me the pads were worn out and although by normal weather there isn’t any problem by wet weather there would be…

You can not ask someone to pay 69 pounds for a service they haven’t asked for.

Not coming here again.

Love love love this shop. Speedy service from friendly ultra competent staff. Helped by Andy today - Andy and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable - walked out with up-to-date light (with front and back light) for my bicycle helmet which Andy attached to helmet and patiently explained how to use. Highly recommend :)

Top class service. After an accident to my bike, I was quoted a possible £100+ to replace a damaged wheel, replace the forks, investigate and maybe change the headset. But they only charged me £50 in the end as only the wheel needed replacing.

Great to meet honest, high-quality traders. They restore your faith in humanity.

Had maintenance completed here a few times now. Quick professional and very honest service - Work has usually been done by the afternoon and for a good price. These guys wont rip you off. Highly recommend
