Stopped in today on the way down from Edinburgh to BPW, spoke to Cain (hope I got the spelling right), unfortunately there was nothing suitable in stock, however he did point me in the direction of another shop who did have what I was after.

Really helpful, especially as he was preparing to move to another set of premises. Would highly recommend.

Avoid this place like Covid. They have now failed to set the gears up on my bike twice. It's a simple job but they are clearly incapable of doing it. Before a bike leaves the shop is it too much to expect that it is checked properly? They attempt to make up for poor customer service and incompetence by repeatedly calling you 'buddy' or 'mate'. Would much prefer them to fix my bike properly instead of this false friendliness. I never thought I would say these words but 'I'm going back to Halfords'.

Giant xtc 3.5 service and bike gears adjusted as slipping gears worse and still slipping asked them to replace gear cable as a must but before I got back to van noticed cable had not been done walked back to shop to point out again changed no problem but gears worse than ever

Service brakes adjust as in price of service returned after walking back to van as Brakes not working adjusted again and Seemed to be better problem that has prompted this review is we are on holiday and my son has crashed into a wall and hurt his arm as shock horror the pads are shot and cables not as they should be as a service should pick this up I believe the owner who may be qualified may not be doing these cheaper services this bike due to lock down has not been used since service

Took it there for service and cable was to tight to turn handle bars agreed service would cover cable
Picked bike up walked to van noticed cable was the same walked back to shop to point this out
Nothing had been done to this bike dirty not cleaned like the other 2 before cable replaced as I waited
Bike 4 air suspension cap missing ordered call you when it comes no call went in and young lad did not know what I was even asking for just gave up
Avoid fixing bikes especially for kids
I won’t be going again we care about our kids safety

STAY AWAY. DO NOT TOUCH THIS CROOKED BUSINESS. Took money for a my sons New Christmas bike 3 months before Christmas.never received the bike or a refund. Opened up a new business days before Christmas with almost identical name and moved stock over before calling a liquidation company. STAY AWAY.

Terrible store .. poor service and even worse mangement. Took my bike here for some repairs . They charged me 170 pound and all the work that was had to be re done . Not to mention they broke my derailleur hanger and asked me to replace it myself .Gear cable cut short, wrong bar tape applied and I was told the chain that was fitted was new, however I had to change it after just 2 months of use. When I tried to get on contact with the store my messages and calls were just ignored. From my understanding and what was explained to me by the staff, there are ongoing issues between management and the employees when it comes to money.. avoid like the plague.. never thought I'd say this but you're better off going halfords

Ordered a bike and paid in full 13 weeks before Xmas. Bike should have been delivered 6 weeks later to us at home yet we were told it was sent to shop and 'damaged'... this was 4 days prior to Xmas. Refund promised 3 times, arranged to collect cash eventually as couldn't wait any longer, only to be told on day of refund collection he has liquidated the company the day before. Absolute con. Fraud team involved if anybody wants to contact them to share their recent experience please let me know - have got reference number here for them.

Do not trust this company. Taken payment for a bike before Christmas with no intention of supplying it. Ruined Christmas for my boy. Apparently gone bump. Wanted to spend my money in a local business over the festive period. Truly shocking and now have to wait for the funds to be returned through the banks.

BEST BIKE SHOP I'VE BEEN TO. Happily sorted out my tyre that got me all the way to London! Cannot thank them enough, really! X
