The guys in the shop are awesome, especially Ben who was the first person to meet me through the door, he is incredibly polite, knowledgeable and helpful and he makes nice cup of coffee too. There was no pushy sales pitch which made my decision to buy my E bike from there an easy one. I also get the impression that the aftercare is great to, judging by the staff interaction with other customers collecting their bikes after service and repair. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic service from the guys at Giant Chelmsford today! Built my new mountain bike up, went above & beyond to help. One of the guys was a huge help in getting my bike rack on the car. He also got my seat post cut down to the perfect size.

We went to enquire about a gravel bike for my wife. We are not very knowledgeable about bike. We received great advice from Ben and will definitely return to this shop as soon as a suitable bike is in stock.

Excellent shop with a good range of bikes and accessories. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to spend time with customer queries. The after sales service is excellent too. I am not particularly local but will definitely make this my go to bike shop.

Picked up my brand new Giant Fathom 2021 today after purchasing via click and collect. What a fantastic experience.
Ben looked after me from start to finish and ensured the process went smoothly. He kept me up to date and communicated with me perfectly. When I attended the shop for the first time to collect the bike the whole team at Giant Chelmsford were polite and made me feel very welcome. A couple of final adjustments were made to the bike then they even helped me put it in the car. A very very happy customer and would highly recommend buying your next bike from these guys. Quick and great service from the team at Giant. Will in the workshop did a great job in repairing / cleaning my wheelset. Good prices too. Will be back for a service in the Spring.
