Nick helped me spec a custom BMX, and came up with great suggestions. Really tricky project, requiring parts from all over the place (including importing some stuff from the US). The bike looks amazing. Highly recommended if you want something special or unusual. The guys in the workshop really know what they're doing.

I'm very happy to add another 5 star review to their collection. Johnny fixed up my bike and changed my casette.

He spotted other problems with the bike (as I do self-maintenance more than taking it to a shop), and he also fixed them for no added cost.

Everyone else there I met were also friendly and willing to share their knowledge.

I'd go back there if I ever needed any high-vis jackets or one day for a new bike.

I had a great experience with this shop. I damaged my bike and needed a repair. Dropped it off at 8:00; they called and gave me an update a few hours later and then called when my bike was ready. When I picked it up, they told me everything they did and answered my questions. I'll definitely be using these guys again in the future.

I called and asked if I could bring my bicycle in so a bike wheel puncture could be repaired at lunchtime. I told them I could only afford approx £13 as this is all I had. Was told it would cost £16.50 as labour is £10. So asked if they could repair the puncture for £13. And was told flatly 'no'. That's fine. But obviously as customer using this shop for years, don't expect me to sing your praises or return.

Went there to torque tight my new bike handle bar.Literally 2 minutes job.I would have paid for it… The shop owner said cannot do it and tried to sell me a torque wrench …They just send me away with a bad customer service experience..Obviously the old man doesn’t know much about reviews and rating…

Very sad to read that they are closing the shop due to their excellent customer service. Really enjoyed working with the bike mechanic who is professional and knowledgeable. Wish them all the best.

The shop is nice inside but the customer service is not that great. Staff are a bit rude, I went there to buy a set of mtb pedals and the staff member tried to sell me the most expensive ones and then got agitated when I didn't buy them. This is a shame as this bike shop is very close to my house but probably will not be going there again.

Went this am thinking I needed new innertubes for bike that's been in cupboard for years but Johnny who dealt with me just pumped tyres up said didnt need innertubes, may need new front wheel but adjusted it for now and said if I get into riding it again will need changing. No charge. Fantastic
