SJS was really the best bike shop I could hope for. When I was looking for a Brompton they had such an amazing choice, fantastic value, and some of the best customer service I’ve gotten in ages. They made it so simple to have it shipped right to my door and made processing the cycle to work scheme so easy.

I'm a new customer to SJS and have found their products good quality and reasonably priced.
Ordering online, each delivery has arrived quickly and been exactly what I ordered. Had one issue with a damaged item (buckled wheel) but the customer service has been first class with a replacement on its way without any hassle whatsoever.
Looking forward to continuing as a satisfied customer :)

SJS have shown consistently high levels of customer service on every occasion that I've used them over the years.Also, their response to technical enquires are both super useful and fast! I sent a question this morning on replacing a model of rear derailleur that isn't made any more and half an hour later I received a response from Wayne in Customers Services. I can't recommend them highly enough

The breadth of their range of parts and accessories is second to none and the customer service is excellent. I've been a customer for twelve years and have never failed to find what I've been looking for. Wayne Dickinson's customer support deserves 5 stars on its own. I cant recommend SJS highly enough.

I could not find the Hope RX4+ calipers anywhere in the states let alone in the color that I wanted (blue). But SJS had them with colored rotors in stock. They even shipped them faster then local US shops with DHL express. I would highly recommend buying from them.

First purchase on line from this company. Great customer service during postal strike. Even offered to send a replacement after waiting for a long time. Thankfully all sorted but kept me in the loop! Happy to recommend

For me, the real test of a company is not when everything goes right, but what happens when something goes wrong. I'm happy to say that SJS could not be faulted on that front. After Royal Mail Strikes meant that after three weeks the package I'd ordered hadn't arrived, I contacted them and they re-sent the order via a different courier and I had it the next day. Couldn't have asked for better service. I will be using them again!

I ordered 2 ortlieb bike bag carry straps back in October, only needed one until the other day and realised this second one was faulty. As soon as I contacted, new one sent out to me, no extra charge. Really appreciated! Kind and friendly people and good products/prices.
