Lincoln Bikes - Bicycle shop

I bought a bike from fin at Lincoln bike shop in late 2019.
The service was absolutely second to none- he even stayed open late to let me come and view the bike, and was so patient with me! He clearly knows his bikes and it’s obvious that he is a real bike enthusiast, it was great to talk to somebody with such knowledge, and I have absolute confidence that they will do an fantastic job servicing and looking after my occam for years to come. Thankyou again.
On par with the excellent service , the bike is fantastic and was a steal at the price :)!

Brilliant service. Messaged in the morning, had a bike by 13.30. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest. I cant praise them high enough for the service I received. Some of these online retailers could really learn a thing or two from this place. Highly recommended.

Bought these Orbea electric bikes in January and we are really enjoying using them, they are a pleasure to ride.
Took my bikes in for a check up on warranty where bikes were checked all over, stands tightened, locks, tyre pressure, all checked. Nothing was too much trouble.

I can highly recommend the excellent service I received from Finlay and Donna at Lincoln Bikes, they were incredibly patient and helpful when I was choosing the most suitable bike and I’m absolutely delighted with my new mountain bike, thanks to their experience and knowledge. If you want to support a local family business this is definitely the place to go.

Took my electric bike in with a small problem. Two hours later it was all ready and serviced. Fantastic Finlay couldn't be more helpful

Called in to see Donna today to get geared up for some motorcycle gear - 40 years on from my first enjoyment of bikes. Great shop, brilliant lady, fabulous selection of everything needed. The personal touch from a family business much appreciated - and at a great price. Over 2 hours of my time thoroughly enjoyed. Many thanks Donna.

These people actually listen to you then come up with suitable products to suit your needs.
I only purchased a jacket and some gloves today but they seem to have all the time in the world to accommodate you and help you choose the right product for you. Fantastic service and I will return in the future ( when my pocket allows lol).
