Outstanding service and bike. I came here to buy a bike for university (after mine was stolen) and the owners were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. Extremely reasonably priced and bike came with warranty and they offered to help with any issues like puncture or gears. Could not recommend this place more, and I look forward to riding my new bike! Do not be put off by the exterior façade or the seemingly chaotic interior. of Aladdin's Bikes, Alex & Ben McCrone really know what they are doing when it comes to all things bike! I bought my 7 year old hybrid in for its 1st service last week. I ride about 60 miles a week on it so it has done quite well really! New chain, gears, brakes and cabling with new handles. They swapped out my Gatorskins for some Schwalbe's to tackle the winter as well! which I had bought earlier but could not fit. Ben made it look far too easy! Considering how difficult it is to obtain parts at the moment the proposed timescale to get me back on the road was achieved & for a really competitive price. I asked loads of questions which were happily answered & was given loads of advice on how to make sure the bike stays in tip top condition. These boys genuinely care about the service they provide & I highly recommend them.

Came here as it was recommended also I have driven past this place so many times and not been in. My son needed a big boy bike for his Birthday and the two chaps there were helpful friendly and efficient. They really know their stuff and my boy is over the moon with his new bike. Thank you both, wish I'd got your names, but I'll be back for a bike of my own soon!!

I work here, obviously I think it is a brilliant shop. We are a little bicycle mechanics run by my brother and myself. We aren't posh. We fix just about anything from high end carbon to dumpster finds. We even fixed a washing machine once. Make up your own pithy little catchphrase for the end of this, I am not great at those.

Ben and Luiz are the best. We bought two refurbished bikes there which are in perfect state. They give every tip you need to keep your bike nice and good.

Very nice people with huge experience and smooth routine to work on your bicycles. They always very helpful. I only can recommend this shop for anyone who need a bike or a repair job done. Thank you for always doing such a great job.

Excellent service. Went to Halfords and the “technician” there did not explain what was wrong with the bike, and told me to go and buy a whole new part off of Amazon and put it in myself. I decided to go to Aladdins and the gentleman fixed it in a few minutes, and also pumped my tires. He didn’t charge me at all. My bike now rides like a bad boy.
