Sold me a bike , then when I realised the brakes didn't work an it didn't cycle properly I returned it, I offered to take the one he offered me before then he started trying to haggle me for more money that we hadn't previously discussed. 1 star for getting my money back but it was hard work and poor customer service. Avoid at all cost.

I bought a Decent second hand mountain bike from here.. Had a few Problems with it, He always Fixed things for No extra charge & installed a free Bell, Good friendly customer Service ! Best to be Patient tho Guys..

Asked him to change my bike’s wheel since it needed replacing and gives me one which doesnt even match the other wheel for £25! The difference between them is ver noticeable (one being much thinner than the other) and when I ask him to change the wheel so they look similar to eachother he says that’ll be another £50! Honestly don’t go here to sort your bike out because this guy WILL scam you. Avoid this place at all costs. I hope you’re reading this.

I bought a second hand bike for 150 2 days back and the online price for the same new bike is just 130. Yesterday i went back and asked but it was very bad experience. He was not ready to either reduce the price or take the bike back. Finally i decided to sell this bike back to him and the price was offered to me is just 100. 50 pounds less for not even 20 hours and finally took the bike for 115. So 35 pounds lost in 20 hours. i never recommend this shop to anyone.

I went once, fine, brakes. Second time charged more than velodomestic for a set of tyres which i bought. My bike did not leave shop with these tyres. Fat one that dont fit.

I needed a new inner tube for my fixxie as it was punctured, I went to him because he was only round the corner, I paid £10 for it which seemed reasonable. 2 hours later after I got my bike back it punctured again. I did some snooping around and figured out he never gave me a new inner tube like I asked for, he just glue patch on it to stop the air leaking, had to walk back from southbourne

I get first bike form this shop.was Good servis. Onest man. Good expirience. Very frendly

Purchased a bike from him 2 years ago. He asked to pick it up the next day, 2 days later I noticed he'd changed the gear and brake leavers over for an older set from a different bike! Avoid this guy.
